George Pepper describes what he does to live a brain-healthy lifestyle.
"Yes, I try and keep a brain healthy lifestyle. I do that in a few ways. I try and keep a balanced diet. I don’t go to extremes but I cut out the bad food and rotate some of the good, and not so good. I’ve cut out smoking. I try and drink in moderation. And I suppose, most importantly, I exercise regularly. I feel it has a direct benefit to my fatigue. And I think it’s worth pointing out that treatment adherence is key, so I make sure that I’m always – in my past I’ve always been there to have the relevant treatments."
