To celebrate the work of healthcare professionals, multiple sclerosis (MS) societies and individuals in addressing the importance of brain health in MS and timely management, MS Brain Health has launched an annual series of awards to illustrate the global impact of MS Brain Health and showcase the ongoing progress in this area.

Our first MS Brain Health Awards ceremony took place virtually on Thursday 26 May 2022, following the triMS.online conference, where the winners were announced. Details on all award winners and finalists can be found below. Certificates were awarded, and we encourage the winners to celebrate their achievement and display the MS Brain Health Awards logo on their website, social media and other communications.

The panel of judges comprised the MS Brain Health Steering Committee of international healthcare professionals and patient advocates. To find out more about our panel of judges, please click here.

About the judges

The MS Brain Health initiative aims to connect with the diverse audiences involved directly and indirectly in MS care to help to implement change.

The multidisciplinary MS Brain Health Steering Committee guides the initiative’s ongoing strategy for the global dissemination and implementation of the recommendations presented in Brain health: time matters in multiple sclerosis. The Steering Committee includes authors of the original report and representatives from patient organizations. The Steering Committee formed the judging panel for the MS Brain Health Awards 2022.
